The Person In The Mirror
The person you see in the mirror every day is trying to do something very valuable, and it matters a lot to them. That person – you – needs and deserves as much support, kindness, care, and wisdom as you can offer.

Listen to The Person In The Mirror exercise and write down any ideas which you think will help you keep your weight off.

Then every time you look in the mirror, talk to that person you love, whether silently or aloud. Tell that special one which of those ideas you are using to help them. When you finish talking, let them know, “I will take care of you the best I can until I see you next time.”

This exercise will give you many opportunities every day to care for yourself with the kind of dedication it takes to lose weight and keep it off.


Relaxation
This exercise will help calm your mind and relax your body. It will be especially useful if you’re stressed by trying to maintain your weight loss.


Mindfulness Meditation
This track will teach you the basics of Mindfulness Meditation. Daily practice of this meditation will support your weight loss efforts. Mindfulness practice is also useful for living better with chronic pain and it can enrich the overall quality of your life. You will find it pleasantly relaxing.


Kindness and Compassion

Kindness and compassion are enormously helpful in reducing our suffering. When a loved one is distressed, you are there for them with your kindness and compassion as long as they need it. This track will help you learn to direct that kindness and compassion toward yourself when you are struggling with weight maintenance – or any other distressing life situation.


Falling Asleep
This exercise will help you fall asleep peacefully. Listen to it after you are in bed.
